Delivery Areas Please contact us at sales@elevatedsources.com to confirm we deliver to your location before placing your first order.

Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Short-Dated Items Orders containing short-dated products are prioritised for dispatch. We will notify you if any item cannot be fulfilled within a timeframe that allows adequate shelf life.

Delivery Charges Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Minimum order values may apply.

Damaged in Transit If goods arrive damaged, please retain all packaging and notify us within 48 hours with photographs. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
